Mandatory campaign reporting for council candidates

All candidates who ran in the 2018 Council elections must lodge a Campaign Donations Return with the relevant council Chief Executive Officer in December, regardless of whether they were elected or unsuccessful. 

Candidates for the Adelaide City Council must also lodge a Campaign Expenditure Return form.

The Returns were sent out to candidates following the close of nominations. Copies of the forms and a list of lodgement due dates by council are available on the ECSA website.
