There are numerous factors ECSA considers when engaging temporary election workers, including the number of positions available, previous experience and/or work performance, location of employment and residence, and workforce diversity.

Clerical Assistants  Provide clerical support to the Returning Officers.  Before and After Polling Day
Polling Official  Assisting with various voting tasks that contribute to the efficient running of polling day.  Polling Day

Deputy Polling Booth Manager Supporting the manager to lead polling booth teams and provide an efficient and accurate voting service to the community Polling Day

Count  Supervisor Lead a small team of Clerical Assistants tasked with re-checking results from the Saturday night scrutiny and count undertaken within a polling booth.  Post Polling Day
