Counting has commenced for the 7 supplementary council elections with a provisional declaration made later today. An unsuccessful candidate may request a recount within 72 hours after the provisional declaration. The request must be made in writing to the returning officer with information supporting the request.
Alternatively, the returning officer may initiate a recount.
